Almond Flour Strawberry Crumble Recipe

Almond Flour Strawberry Crumble is a family-friendly dessert! This simple vegan, grain-free, dairy-free, and refined sugar-free strawberry dessert recipe is perfect for those with dietary restrictions or strawberry dessert lovers. 


Strawberry Filling: – 4 cups fresh ripe strawberries halved – 2 Tbsp tapioca flour – 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice – 2 Tbsp pure maple syrup Grain-Free Crumble Topping: – 1 cup finely ground almond flour – ½ teaspoon kosher salt – 3 Tbsp coconut oil melted* – 1 tsp pure vanilla extract optional – 3 Tbsp pure maple syrup


Heat the oven to 350°F. Mix strawberries, tapioca flour, vanilla, lemon juice, and maple syrup in a bowl. Place strawberry filling in an 8" x 8" baking pan.

Step 1

Mix crumble topping ingredients in a bowl. Spread the crumble topping evenly over the strawberries and bake for 25–35 minutes until the strawberries are juicy and bubbly and the topping is golden brown.
