Apple Bread Recipe 

This simple Apple Bread tastes great! Made with fresh apples, apple sauce, and delicious cinnamon. Perfect for fall and a simple snack or dessert to try.  

– 2 cups tart apples  – 1 cup all purpose flour – ½ cup oatflour – 1 teaspoon baking soda – ¼ teaspoon kosher salt – ½ cup unsweetened applesauce – 2 tablespoons canola oil  – 2 tablespoons milk any kind you like – ½ cup granulated sugar – 1 large egg – 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Pre-heat the oven to 350. Spray an 8 x 4-inch loaf pan with non-stick. Bowl together whole wheat flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.

Put the oil, applesauce, milk, egg, sugar, and vanilla extract into a separate bowl and whisk them together well.

Put the liquid ingredients into the well that you made in the middle of the dry ingredients, and then pour them in.

Toss to mix by hand. While using a rubber spatula, fold in the prepared apples. Fill the loaf pan with the bread batter.

Using the spatula, level the top by patting it flat. In a small bowl, combine the sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over the bread batter.

Bake the loaf pan for 25 minutes after placing it in the oven. For the next twenty minutes, bake with a loose foil cover.

After setting the bread pan on a wire rack, give the bread ten minutes to cool. To finish cooling, turn the loaf onto the wire rack.
