Baked Brie with Boozy Fig-Candied Pecans Recipe

This baked brie topped with a boozy fig spread and pecans is the perfect introduction to any meal.

– 1 6.5- ounce wheel brie cheese – ½ cup Fig Spread or jam – ½ cup raw pecan halve – 2 tablespoons brandy – pinch salt

Bring the temperature of the oven up to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Let the brie cool, then remove the top rind with a sharp knife. Place brie in an oven-safe dish. Use the dish you'll serve it in.

It's time to heat up the small pan. Put in the fig spread, pecans, brandy, and salt.

Move the mixture for two minutes until it boils completely. Remove the fig-nut mixture from heat and let it cool.
