BLT Pasta Salad

This BLT Pasta Salad makes the bacon sandwich a delicious summer side! Imagine perfectly cooked pasta, crispy bacon, juicy cherry tomatoes, and crunchy romaine lettuce in a creamy Ranch dressing with Parmesan cheese. 

– 12 ounces fusili pasta – ¾ pound bacon – 1½ cups cherry tomatoe – 6 cups romaine lettuce  – 1 cup Ranch dressing – ¼ cup Parmesan cheese

Fusilli pasta should be cooked al dente per the package. Wash and drain pasta in cold water.

Mix cooked pasta, crumbled bacon, cherry tomatoes, and romaine lettuce in a large bowl. Toss well.

Once the ranch dressing has been poured over the salad, the Parmesan cheese should be added. To coat, give it a good toss.

Instead of toasted bread and mayo, this recipe uses pasta and creamy ranch dressing! The mix includes parmesan cheese for extra flavour.

Keep the bowl covered with plastic wrap in the fridge for at least an hour before serving to blend flavours.
