Chewy Peanut Butter Cookies Recipe

These soft peanut butter cookies need no mixer or chill. Peanut butter cookies covered in cinnamon sugar are chewy. 

Ingredient

– 2 ¼ cups All-purpose flour – 1 teaspoon Baking soda – 1 teaspoon Salt – 1 cup Unsalted butter melted and cooled – 1 ¼ cup Brown sugar packed light or dark – ¼ cup White granulated sugar – 1 cup Peanut butter creamy peanut butter – 2 teaspoon Pure vanilla extract – 2 Large eggs room temperature – ¼ cup White granulated sugar – 2 teaspoon Ground cinnamon

Direction

Preheat oven to 350°F. Reserve two parchment-paper-lined cookie sheets.Mix melted butter (room temperature), brown sugar, and sugar in a large bowl.

Incorporate the eggs, vanilla extract, and peanut butter. Be sure to thoroughly combine the flour, baking soda, and salt. To combine, use a spatula made of rubber.

Put the sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl and set it away.To get the dough, use a big 3oz cookie scoop. Each cookie sheet should have six cookie dough balls.

Bake each cookie sheet by itself. Bake 13-15 minutes.Keep the cookies on the heated pan for 5 minutes. Then dunk the heated biscuit in cinnamon sugar. Let cool on a cooling rack.
