Preheat oven to 350°F. Reserve two parchment-paper-lined cookie sheets.Mix melted butter (room temperature), brown sugar, and sugar in a large bowl.

Incorporate the eggs, vanilla extract, and peanut butter. Be sure to thoroughly combine the flour, baking soda, and salt. To combine, use a spatula made of rubber.

Put the sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl and set it away.To get the dough, use a big 3oz cookie scoop. Each cookie sheet should have six cookie dough balls.

Bake each cookie sheet by itself. Bake 13-15 minutes.Keep the cookies on the heated pan for 5 minutes. Then dunk the heated biscuit in cinnamon sugar. Let cool on a cooling rack.
