Chicken Carbonara Recipe

It's carbonara perfection! Served with al dente pasta and chicken, bacon, cheese, and silky sauce. One-stop meal! You'll feel like a chef after making this ridiculously easy carbonara with detailed instructions.  

– 12 ounce spaghetti  – 2 large egg – 2 large egg yolk – 1 ½ cups Parmesan cheese – ¼ teaspoon salt – ½ teaspoon pepper – 6 ounce bacon  – 1 pound chicken – 4 cloves garlic

Cook spaghetti until al dente in a large pot of salted boiling water per package instructions.

Save 1 1/4 cup pasta water. Mix 1 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper with 2 whole eggs and 2 egg yolks. Set aside.

A skillet over medium-high heat cooks bacon. Add the chicken when almost crisped and cook for 2-3 minutes until the bacon is done.

Remove bacon and chicken with a slotted spoon and set aside. Reduce skillet heat to medium.

Cook the garlic for 30 to 1 minute after adding it. Combine the spaghetti and the pasta cooking water in the skillet.

Toss until the spaghetti is coated in a glossy, thickened sauce. Switch off the heating source.

Pasta should be tossed in the skillet after the egg and Parmesan mixture has been poured into it.

After the sauce has thickened and the eggs have reached their desired level of doneness, continue to toss the pasta.

You should return the chicken and bacon to the skillet and stir them together to combine them.

Place the remaining cheese on top, and then sprinkle freshly ground black pepper on top.
