Chocolate Peppermint Cookies recipe

Christmas chocolate peppermint cookies are amazing. These chocolate cookies include Andes mints, peppermint chips, and chocolate chips.

Ingredient

– 2 cups All-purpose flour – ½ cup Unsweetened cocoa powder – 1 teaspoon Baking soda – 1 teaspoon Salt – 1 cup Unsalted butter room temperature – 1 cup Brown sugar – ½ cup White granulated sugar – 1 teaspoon Pure vanilla extract – 2 Large egg – ½ cup Andes mints chopped. Plus more to top the cookies. – ½ cup Peppermint chips Plus more to top the cookies. – ½ cup Chocolate chips I use semi-sweet. Plus more to top the cookie

Direction

Sift flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt in a medium basin. Set aside.For 2 minutes, whip butter, brown sugar, and sugar with a mixer on high. Stir in vanilla and eggs on medium speed.

Add dry ingredients and mix slowly. Add chopped Andes mints, peppermint chips, and chocolate chips.Cool in the fridge for 30 minutes. Heat the oven to 350°F. Parchment two cookie sheets.

Scoop dough with a large (3 TBSP) cookie scoop. Line cookie sheets with 6 dough balls.Bake each cookie sheet for 13-15 minutes.
