Put the sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl and mix them together.Warm the oven up to 350°F. Use non-stick baking spray on a 9x5-inch loaf pan. Put parchment paper along the bottom and two sides.

Bake until toothpick inserted comes out clean, 50-60 minutes.Leave it in the heated pan for 10 minutes. Then place the bread on a cooling rack. Before cutting, let it cool fully.
