Creamy Tomato Chicken Pasta

This Creamy Tomato Chicken Pasta is made with tender sautéed chicken, perfectly cooked pasta, a creamy tomato sauce, and mozzarella cheese! It's a tasty 30-minute meal!  

– 8 ounce rotini pasta  – 3 tablespoons butter – 1 pound chicken breast – 2 tablespoons chili powder – ½ teaspoon red chili flake – ½ teaspoon salt – ¼ teaspoon pepper – 1 cup tomatoes  – 6 green onions  – ½ cup parsley – 1 cup heavy cream – ½ cup chicken broth – 1 cup mozarella cheese

Make sure the pasta is cooked until it reaches the al dente stage, as directed on the package.

Drain, then set aside for later use. The butter should be melted in a large skillet located over medium-high heat.

After adding the chicken to the skillet, season it with salt and pepper, chilli powder, and red chilli flakes, and then sprinkle it with chilli powder.

In its most basic form, the sauce is made up of nothing more than fresh tomatoes, green onions, butter, cream, and a significant amount of chilli powder.

After approximately five minutes of cooking, the chicken should be completely cooked through and no longer pink in the middle.

Add the parsley, tomatoes, and green onions to the mixture. Cook for an additional two minutes while stirring.

Add the chicken broth and the half and half, and continue to cook until the mixture reaches a boil.

Stir everything together after adding the rotini pasta. If desired, top with parsley and mozzarella cheese. While still warm, serve.
