Curried Deviled Eggs Recipe

Deviled eggs with curry powder that don't have mayo are a great appetiser for any event.

– 6 egg – 3 tablespoons plain Greek yogurt or mayo – 2 tsp yellow curry powder – Salt to taste – 1/8 teaspoon red pepper flakes optional – Parprika and turmeric for garnish

Cover eggs with water in a big pot. Turn on high, cover, and boil. Let eggs boil for 12–15 minutes.

Immediately place cooked eggs in ice water. Cool eggs are simpler to peel. Leave them in the ice bath for 20–30 minutes to cold.

Peel and cut cooled eggs in half lengthwise. Put the egg yolks in a small dish and the whites on a platter.

Incorporate Greek yoghurt, curry powder, salt, and red pepper flakes into yolks. Egg whites receive heaping spoonfuls of yolk mixture. Paprika, turmeric, and red pepper flakes.
