Easy Homemade Meatballs Recipe

– 1lbground beefpreferably higher in fat – 1lbground porkpreferably higher in fat – 1teaspoondried Italian seasoning herb – 1/4teaspoonred pepper flake – 1teaspoongarlic powder – 1/2cupbreadcrumb – 1/2cupgrated Parmesan cheese – 1tablespoonWorcestershire sauce – 1/3cupmilk – 1/3cupbeef broth – 1/2sweet onionfinely diced – 1/4cupchopped parsley – 1eggbeaten – 1tablespoonminced garlic – 1/2tablespoonkosher saltor to taste – 1/2teaspoonground black pepperor to taste

Preheat oven to 400°F. Cooking spray a baking sheet and set it aside.

Mix all ingredients except meat in a big bowl. Mix ground beef and pork with your hands or a spatula. Do not overmix.

Roll 2 tablespoons of beef mixture into a 1-inch ball. Continue and place on the baking sheet.

Bake for 25-30 minutes. It should be 165 degrees F inside the flesh.

Before serving, allow the baked goods to rest for five to ten minutes.
