Grain-Free Almond Flour Waffles Recipe

– 1-1/2 cups almond flour – 1/4 cup tapioca flour – 1/4 teaspoon baking soda – 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon optional – Pinch sea salt – 3 egg – 1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk – 3 tablespoons coconut oil melted and cooled – 2 tablespoons honey or pure maple syrup – 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract For Topping – Strawberry Chia Seed Jam – Coconut Whipped Cream – Hemp hearts – Honey

Mix waffle ingredients in a blender until smooth. Let batter sit 5 minutes. Plug your waffle iron and lightly grease it.

Cover the batter in the waffle iron after heating. For crunchy waffles, wait 3–5 minutes after the waffle iron becomes green. Use leftover batter.
