Leftover holiday ham, cold-stored rice and frozen vegetables make a simple one-pan Ham Fried Rice Recipe.
– 1 ½ cup uncooked rice – ¾ cup ham – ½ cup frozen pea– ½ medium brown onion– 2 large egg– 1 garlic clove – 1 teaspoon ginger – ⅓ cup low sodium soy sauce– Salt and black pepper to taste– 1 tablespoon sesame oil

Cook the rice in accordance with the instructions on the package. Wait for it to cool down.

After the onion has become translucent, add the garlic, ginger and ham to a skillet that does not stick to the pan.

The corn and peas should be added after a couple of minutes of cooking. Eggs should be scrambled.

Just add the frozen corn, peas and carrot mixture to the ham, garlic, ginger and brown onion mixture that has been sautéed.

Add the sesame oil and soy sauce, then mix in the rice. If necessary, season with salt and pepper. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
