Herb and Goat Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms Recipe

These goat cheese stuffed mushrooms are a crowd-pleasing appetiser that are sure to impress each and every one of your guests!

– 8 ounces goat cheese – 1 tablespoon fresh parsley finely chopped – 1 tablespoon fresh sage finely chopped – 2 teaspoon fresh rosemary finely chopped – ¾ teaspoon thyme chopped – 1/4 teaspoon dried lavender buds chopped – Kosher salt to taste – 15 large baby bella mushroom

Warm the oven up to 350 degrees F. Put the goat cheese, herbs, and salt in a small mixing bowl. Combine well by mixing.

Dry the mushrooms with a paper towel. Take off the gills and the stems.

Place the mushroom caps on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Fill the mushroom caps with the herb-flavored goat cheese.

 Put it in the oven for 30 to 40 minutes, or until the mushrooms start to leak their juices and the goat cheese on top is golden brown and crisp.
