Jalapeno Pimento Cheese Recipe

The classic pimento cheese spread contains full-fat mayo, shredded cheddar, and pimento peppers. Extra sharp cheddar, fresh jalapenos, cream cheese, and seasoning are in this recipe.  

– 2 cups extra-sharp Cheddar cheese – 8 ounces cream cheese  – 4 ounces pimento peppers  – 2 tablespoons mayonnaise – ¼ teaspoon garlic powder – 1 small jalapeño pepper  – freshly ground black pepper – green onions for garnish – Pinch of salt



Mix cheese, jalapeño, mayonnaise, garlic powder, and pimento peppers. Add pepper and salt for seasoning.

Using an electric hand mixer, beat the mixture until it is creamy and well-combined.

Check the seasoning and either serve immediately or refrigerate for half an hour.

Before eating, this dip is best enjoyed at room temperature because it gets creamy and perfect for dipping.
