Lemon Pasta Recipe

This Lemon Pasta recipe is flavorful, easy to make, and perfect for any occasion! It's a 30-minute culinary symphony of zesty lemon, rich Parmesan, and comforting spaghetti made with a few simple ingredients! 

– 12 ounces spaghetti – ¼ cup olive oil  – ¼ cup butter – 2 cloves garlic – 1 lemon – 1 cup Parmesan cheese  – salt and pepper  – fresh parsley



Cook the spaghetti until al dente in a large pot of salted boiling water according to the package.

Reserve 1 cup of pasta water and drain the pasta when ready. While pasta cooks, heat olive oil and butter in a large pan over medium heat.

Sauté minced garlic for 1 minute until fragrant. Mix in lemon zest and juice. Remove pan from heat. Lemon pasta-making process photos.

Add drained pasta to pan with lemon sauce and toss until coated. Add grated Parmesan.

Use some of the reserved pasta water to thin the sauce. Add salt and black pepper to pasta.
