Mini M&M Cookies Recipe

Mini M&Ms make huge, chewy cookies. Mini M&Ms and chocolate chips are available. Easy to create, clean edges.

Ingredient

– 2 ¾ cups All-purpose flour – ½ teaspoon Baking soda – ½ teaspoon Baking powder – 1 teaspoon Salt – 1 cup Unsalted butter melted and cooled. – 1 ¼ cup Brown sugar packed light or dark – ¾ cup White granulated sugar – 1 teaspoon Pure vanilla extract – 2 Large eggs room temperature – 1 ¼ cup Mini M&M's plus more of topping the cookie – ½ cup Mini chocolate chips plus more of topping the cookie

Direction

First, microwave butter until melted. Pour heated butter into a large basin. Wait 15-20 minutes for room-temperature butter.Sift flour in another basin. Mix in baking powder, soda, and salt. Set aside.

Add brown sugar and sugar to the butter bowl. Mix with a rubber spatula. Mix in eggs and vanilla. Combine.Pour flour into wet ingredients. Combine the batter by folding.

Fold in small M&Ms and chocolate chips.Use parchment on two cookie sheets. Scoop dough with a 3oz cookie scoop. Use 6 cookie dough balls per sheet.

Before baking, freeze the first cookie sheet for at least 10 minutes to chill the dough balls. Store the remaining cookie dough balls in the fridge.Heat the oven to 350°F. Bake each cookie sheet by itself.

Bake until rims are golden brown, 13-15 minutes.While the cookies are heated, add micro M&Ms and chocolate chips. Transfer the cookies to a cooling rack after 5 minutes on the heated pan.
