Peanut Butter White Chocolate Blondies Recipe

These peanut butter white chocolate brownies are soft, crunchy, and tasty. With a hint of cinnamon, they're too good to resist!

– 1 & 1/2 cups (180g) all-purpose flour – 1 teaspoon baking powder – 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon – 1/2 teaspoon salt – 1 /2 cup (113g) unsalted butter, melted and slightly cooled – 1 & 1/2 cups (300g) firmly packed light brown sugar – 1/2 cup (127g) creamy peanut butter – 2 large egg – 1 teaspoon vanilla extract – 1 cup (170g) white chocolate chips or chunk

Preheat oven to 350°F. Prepare an 8-inch square baking pan. Mix flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Set aside.

Step 1

Mix butter, brown sugar, and peanut butter by hand or with a medium-speed electric mixer. After adding each egg, mix well. Mix in vanilla.

Step 2

Lower mixer speed. Add flour mixture slowly, mixing just until combined. Add white chocolate chips.

Step 3

Evenly distribute batter in pan. Bake for 35–40 minutes or until a pick inserted into the centre comes out with moist crumbs. Cut bars after the pan cools completely.
