Perfectly Crispy Roasted Sweet Potato Cubes

Cubed sweet potatoes coated in oil and simple seasonings are baked until soft inside and crispy outside in this simple recipe. 

– 2 large sweet potatoes  – 2 tablespoons olive oil – ½ teaspoon ground cumin – 1 teaspoon garlic powder – ½ teaspoon black pepper – ½ teaspoon salt



In addition to being washed and scrubbed, the potatoes should be cut into small cubes.

Prepare a large baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper and preheating the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

Transfer the potatoes to a baking sheet that has been prepared in a single layer after tossing them with the seasonings and oil in a large bowl.

The pieces will crisp up more nicely if you leave some space between them.

It is recommended to bake the potatoes for thirty to thirty-five minutes, or until they are tender all the way through and the edges have a light brown colour.

Take out of the oven and enjoy as an accompaniment to your preferred main course, tacos, salad, or burrito bowls.
