Pierogi Casserole Recipe

Cheesy Pierogi Casserole is a gooey, golden casserole of cheese-filled dumplings, smoked Kielbasa, melted cheddar, and creamy Alfredo sauce! Make the casserole in 5 minutes. 

– 2 pounds frozen cheddar pierogi – 1 16 ounce jar of Alfredo sauce – 14 ounce kielbasa sausage  – ¼ cup scallion – 2 cup Colby Jack



Start by preheating the oven to 350°F and apply nonstick cooking spray to a 9x13 baking dish.

Spread half of the pierogis bag evenly throughout the baking dish. Cover the pierogis with half of the Alfredo sauce.

Place half of the kielbasa slices on top. Additionally, sprinkle half of the scallions on top.

Finally, repeat all the steps, beginning with the pierogis, one last time, and sprinkle half of the cheese on top.

Put a layer of nonstick cooking spray on one side of the aluminium foil, cover the baking dish, place the foil in the preheated oven, and cook for 20 minutes.

Before serving, give the casserole a few minutes to rest. After baking, when it has settled, cutting will be simpler.

When finished, take off the foil and continue baking until bubbly, 20 to 25 minutes more. Present and savour.
