Rainbow Frozen Yogurt Pops Recipe 

My last day in California is today. I'm flying back to Colorado late tonight. The trip was nice, but I'm excited to return home and to work! I miss home, especially my bed! Sleeping in my own bed is my favourite thing.However, this journey was worthwhile.

Ingredient

– 4 cups plain greek yogurt – 1/4 cup honey – 1 teaspoon vanilla extract – 4 cups fresh or frozen fruit (strawberries, blackberries, blueberries, raspberries, bananas, pineapple, mangos, kiwi) HONEY NUT CHEERIO GRANOLA – 2 cups plain Cheerio – 1 cup rolled oats – 1/2 cup peanuts, roughly chopped – 1/2 cup honey – 3 tablespoons coconut oil or butter – 2 teaspoons vanilla

Blend 1 cup yoghurt, 1 tablespoon honey, 1/4 teaspoon vanilla, and 1 cup fruit till smooth and creamy. To make rainbow colours, repeat with the remaining yoghurt and fruit.

Add granola (recipe) and yoghurt to 16 popsicle moulds or paper dixie cups, layering with yoghurt colours if desired.

Place popsicles sticks, cover the tops, and freeze for 4 hours. After 10 seconds in hot water, take the popsicles from the moulds. Store frozen.

HONEY NUT CHEERIO GRANOLA Warm the oven up to 350 degrees F. Put parchment paper on the bottom of a baking sheet.

Put the Cheerios, oats, and nuts on the baking sheet and mix them together. Melt the butter or coconut oil and honey together in a small pot. Take it off the heat and add the vanilla.

Toss in Cheerios. Bake for 10 minutes. Then flip and bake for 10 more minutes until the oats are brown. Remove and cool.
