Simple Chimichurri Recipe

Listed everything we enjoy about chimichurri sauce would take all day. We must include prep among our favorites. Making this 2-step meal takes 5 minutes or less. 

Ingredient

– 1 cup parsley, chopped – ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil – 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar – 1 shallot, diced – 2 garlic cloves, minced – ¼ teaspoon salt – ¼ teaspoon black pepper – ⅛ teaspoon red pepper flake

Direction

The ingredients should be mixed together in a small basin.
