Spiced White Chocolate Blondies Recipe


– 1 cup all-purpose flour – 1/2 teaspoon baking powder – 1/2 teaspoon salt – 1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom – 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon – 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger – pinch of freshly ground black pepper – 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened – 1 cup firmly packed light brown sugar – 2 large egg – 1 teaspoon vanilla extract – 1 cup white chocolate chips or coarsely chopped white chocolate

Warm the oven up to 350°F. Grease a baking dish that is 8 inches square.

The flour, baking powder, salt, ginger, cardamom, cinnamon, and pepper should all be mixed together with a whisk. Put away. 

Step 2

Put the electric mixer on medium speed and beat the brown sugar and butter together until they are light and fluffy. One at a time, add the eggs and mix well after each one. Add the vanilla and stir.

Step 3

Turn down the mixer's speed. Slowly add the flour mixture and mix just until everything is combined. Add the white chocolate and mix it i 

Step 4

Evenly spread the batter in the pan that has been prepared. For 30 to 35 minutes, or until a toothpick stuck in the middle comes out clean. 

Step 5

Let it cool all the way in the pan before cutting it into bars.
