The Best Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe

Best chocolate chip cookies! Large, chewy cookies with crisp edges. This no-chill, no-mixer recipe uses two types of chocolate chips! 

Ingredient

– 1 cup Unsalted butter melted and cooled – 1 cup Brown sugar packed light or dark – ½ cup White granulated sugar – 2 teaspoon Pure vanilla extract – 2 Large eggs room temperature – 2 ½ cups All-purpose flour – 1 teaspoon Cornstarch – ½ teaspoon Baking powder – ½ teaspoon Baking soda – 1 teaspoon Salt – 1 cup Semi-sweet chocolate chip – 1 cup Dark chocolate chip

Direction

Mix melted butter (cooled to room temperature to avoid spreading), brown sugar, sugar, vanilla, and eggs in a large bowl. Whisk smooth.

Mix in all-purpose flour, baking soda, powder, cornstarch, and salt. Mix with a rubber spatula until just mixed.Mix with both chocolate chips. Heat the oven to 350°F. Use parchment on two cookie sheets.

Let dough rest while oven heats before scooping.Large cookie scoop (3 tablespoons). Per sheet, scoop 6 cookie dough balls. Sprinkle chocolate chips on cookie doughs.

Bake each cookie sheet by itself. Bake 13–15 minutes until the sides are golden brown and the inside is slightly underdone. Optional:

add chocolate chips and flaky sea salt to the cookies.Transfer the cookies to a cooling rack after 5 minutes on the heated pan.
